By maintaining VJA membership, members acknowledge and agree that:

  • They are expected to treat other members, guests, volunteers, and VJA leadership with respect.

  • They are expected to follow VJA rules, policies, and reasonable directions from VJA leadership.

  • They will not engage in behavior that is threatening, harassing, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • VJA leadership has the discretion to determine whether conduct violates these expectations.

  • Membership may be cancelled at any time at the discretion of VJA leadership.

  • All membership payments, dues, fees, and other payments made to VJA are final and non-refundable, including in the event that a member’s membership is cancelled or terminated.

By becoming or remaining a VJA member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these expectations of behavior and the terms of membership.

VJA reserves the right to update these expectations as needed to protect the organization and its members.
